Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized products

  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)

3D Printing Disclaimer
Minor imperfections such as:

  • Layer lines

  • Slight roughness

  • Minor color variation

are normal and not eligible for return/refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund via original payment method or store credit

Replacement Option
We may offer replacement instead of refund for damaged items.
